Botanical Bright processes and ships in stock items within 3 business days unless otherwise noted.
If your item is out of stock you will be contacted via email.
Live arrangements are typically non-refundable but if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please send us and email!

We hope you love your purchase and your satisfaction is a top priority! If for any reason you are not totally happy with our item(s), we accept returns within 14 days of receipt of shipment as per USPS tracking info.
Your items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. We will refund your original form of payment within two business days. Botanical Bright is not responsible for return shipping charges. Sale merchandise is final sale.

All items are shipped USPS either First Class or Priority.
