Botanical Bright processes and ships in-stock items within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted.
If your item is out of stock, I'll contact you via email.
All items are shipped USPS, either First Class (typically 3-5 business days) or Priority (typically 2-3 business days). I cannot guarantee that packages will arrived on a specific date.
If for any reason you are not totally happy with an item(s), I accept returns within 14 days of receipt of shipment as per USPS tracking info.
Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. Botanical Bright is not responsible for return shipping charges. Sale merchandise is final sale.
Once the item has been received, I will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Please note refunds may take up to ten business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
