ORDERS:
I process and ship in-stock items within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted.
If your item is out of stock, I'll contact you via email.
SHIPPING:
All items are shipped USPS, either Ground (typically 3-5 business days) or Priority (typically 2-3 business days). Flat Rate Shipping of $2.50 is offered for orders within the United States. I cannot guarantee that packages will arrive on a specific date.
Orders are shipped from Ventura, California =)
I do ship internationally, but not worldwide. Unfortunately, some international postal systems lose packages easily or take months to arrive so I no longer ship to certain regions.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
If for any reason you are not totally happy with your item(s), I accept returns within 14 days of receipt of shipment as per USPS tracking info.
Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. Botanical Bright is not responsible for return shipping charges. Sale merchandise is final sale.
Once the item has been received, I will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Please note refunds may take up to ten business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
